How long does delivery take?

The total delivery time is typically 7–10 business days and consists of two phases:

Processing time:
1–3 business days for order confirmation, quality control and careful packaging.

Shipping time:
5–10 business days depending on the delivery address. Orders are shipped directly to the address provided at the time of payment.

When are orders processed?

All orders are processed daily until 23:00 (Rome time). Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping is completely free.
No shipping costs are charged, regardless of the order amount.

How can I track my order?

You can check the status of your order at any time via our Track your order page (available in the main menu).
You will receive a tracking code by email as soon as your order has been shipped.
