Returns & Refunds

We offer a 90-day return policy, meaning you have 90 days from receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unworn and unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, you can contact us at info@Velludi.com. Please note that returns must be sent to a return address provided by us. We operate with different return points depending on the customer's region and will determine the most suitable address based on your location. All return instructions and shipping details will be provided by email after your request has been approved.

If your return is accepted, we will send you detailed instructions on how and where to send the package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.

Free Shipping

Shipping is free on all orders, with no minimum threshold.

Your order is prepared and shipped within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Home delivery time is 5–10 business days after dispatch.

You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking code as soon as the package leaves our shipping centre, so you can follow every step.

Cancellations

Orders cannot always be cancelled after they have been placed, as our fulfilment process is automated and orders may already be processed shortly after purchase. In case of an error, please contact us as soon as possible. We may be able to modify details such as the address if the order has not yet been shipped.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or incorrect, so that we can assess the issue and resolve it.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
